Notes about reservations

Introduction

All reservations will be handled by email.

If you do not receive the automated email sent when your reservation is complete within a few hours, it may have gone into your spam folder or your email address may be incorrect. Please check your spam folder, or if your email address is incorrect, please let us know via the "Inquiry Form" that you did not receive the email and provide us with the correct email address.

Please note that if you do not receive this email, you will not receive important check-in information and you will not be able to check in.

check-in

Self check-in is via on-site combination lock.

After 4pm, you can check in at any time you like.

We will email you the PIN code required to unlock your door in advance . Due to security reasons, we will not provide you with the PIN code over the phone.

Check-out

Until 11:00 AM

Please contact the operator in advance if you wish to extend your check-out time, as this may be possible for a fee depending on the reservation situation. Extension fee: 1,200 yen/hour

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge up until 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

Parking

There is no parking lot at our facility. There are several paid parking lots nearby, so please use them.

Please note that the road in front of the facility is narrow and vehicles cannot enter the facility.
